- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Recovery massage
|
|
|

DAY 2:
|
|
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Pre-exercise massage
|
|
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Back/neck massage
|
|
|
|
DAY 3:
|
|
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Visceral massage
|
|
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Joint massage
