- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Pre-exercise massage
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Back/neck massage
DAY 3:
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Visceral massage
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Joint massage
