DAY 1:
- 8:30 a.m.: Welcome breakfast
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Techniques
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Recovery massage

DAY 2:
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Pre-exercise massage
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Back/neck massage

DAY 3:
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Visceral massage
- 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Joint massage
