+- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Concept and general manual techniques (theory)
+- 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Concept and general manual techniques (practice)
+- 1:00 PM: Lunch on-site, catered by La Caille d’Or
+- 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Post-effort massage for lower limbs (anterior side/thigh)
+- 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Post-effort massage for lower limbs (anterior side/leg-feet)

+Day 2:
+- 8:30 AM: Welcome breakfast
+- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Post-effort massage for lower limbs (posterior side/thigh)
+- 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Post-effort massage for lower limbs (posterior side/leg-feet)
+- 1:00 PM: Lunch on-site, catered by La Caille d’Or
+- 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Post-effort massage for glutes/back/neck
+- 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Shoulder/upper limb massage

+- 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Joint massage for ankle/knee
+- 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Joint massage for wrist/elbow

+Price: €800, all-inclusive package: 3 days of training, breakfast, lunch (catered by La Caille d’Or, Cassis), 1 wine tasting at the estate, and 1 private boat tour of the Calanques with an aperitif dinner (day to be determined based on marine weather conditions).
